Returning

Is your order not quite what you expected? Then you can make use of the right of withdrawal.

Return period
You can return products within 14 days after receipt of your order.

Return conditions

  • The item is unused and undamaged

  • The product is, if possible, in the original packaging

  • The item is complete and suitable for resale

Used, damaged, or incomplete items may be refused.

How do you return a product?

The costs for return shipping are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise.

Refund

After receiving and checking the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method used to place the order.
