Article 2 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer, every order, and every agreement that is concluded via the Hobbykeuken webshop.
By placing an order, the customer declares to agree to these general terms and conditions.
Article 3 – The offer
All products are described as fully and accurately as possible.
Images are for illustration purposes and may slightly differ from the actual product.
Evident mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Hobbykeuken.
Article 4 – The agreement
The agreement is concluded at the moment the customer places an order and receives an order confirmation by email.
Hobbykeuken reserves the right to refuse orders if there is suspicion of abuse, fraud, or incorrect information.
Article 5 – Prices
All listed prices are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be clearly displayed during checkout.
Hobbykeuken reserves the right to change prices, without affecting already placed orders.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment is made via the payment methods available in the webshop.
The order is only processed after payment has been successfully received.
Article 7 – Delivery
Hobbykeuken delivers in Belgium, the Netherlands, and other European countries.

The average delivery time is 2–8 working days

Article 8 – Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receipt of the order without giving any reason.
During this period, the customer must handle the product and packaging with care.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

used or damaged products

items that are no longer in original condition
-
products that are not suitable for resale
Article 9 – Return procedure
To register a return, the customer must contact us via the contact page, mentioning:

order number
-
item being returned
After approval, the customer will receive further instructions.
The costs for return shipping are generally for the account of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Article 10 – Refund
After receipt and inspection of the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method used to place the order.
Article 11 – Warranty and conformity
Hobbykeuken guarantees that the delivered products comply with the agreement and meet the legal conformity requirements.
If a product proves to be defective under normal use, the customer must contact us as soon as possible.
Article 12 – Liability
Hobbykeuken is not liable for:

indirect damage

consequential damage
-
misuse of products
Liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the relevant order.
Article 13 – Force majeure
In case of force majeure (such as strikes, transport problems, pandemics, technical failures), Hobbykeuken has the right to temporarily suspend or cancel the agreement without compensation.
Article 14 – Complaints
Complaints can be reported via the contact page.
We strive to respond to every complaint within 5 working days.
Article 15 – Applicable law
Belgian law applies to all agreements.
Disputes will be submitted to the competent court of the district where Hobbykeuken is located.
