Thanks to the hybrid design, this pan unites the strength of stainless steel with the ease of use of a PFAS-free ceramic non-stick coating. The raised stainless steel pattern protects the coating and ensures excellent cooking performance, ideal for searing meat and preparing both crispy and delicate dishes.

The 3-layer construction consists of an induction-compatible stainless steel base, an aluminum core for quick and even heat distribution, and a durable stainless steel interior. The firmly riveted handle ensures a secure grip. Suitable for all heat sources and oven safe up to 200°C.
